eastern wind martial arts is a great school been to a couple classes and have a few freinds that attend regularly. great teachers and most of classes are later at night so they work perfect. They focus alot more on ground techniques than stand up though.

Is this gym a BJJ place? or a MMA all over? I am looking to foucs on BJJ as a way to get into shape and to learn some shit, im not trying to fight at all or do MMA or UFC or anything like that.
