Thankfully I have my two portable security units (giant ass pits), and my neighbors are drug dealers so they really dont want cops snooping around the neighborhood anymore than they do.

What other parts did they steal? I know you said the head, but if they are even a lil smart they would but it on there car rather than put it up for sale, then sell there stock si/gsr head and you might not ever see it for sale, So it might help if you list the other parts. Unless since you have a good idea who it is, maybe they dont drive Honda/Acuras and will try to sell it because they cant use it.

Dude, you def need to shut the fuck up! If you knew anything about Abacus...you'ld know that only two people at Abacus are into Honda's. Me and Jarred. Now If you have something to say to me...then say it now. As for Jarred, I can speak for him as well. Either way, Abacus is NOT one of those shady fly by night shops ran by kids. Abacus has been here long before you even knew what a car was. Beside, most of everyone at Abacus are into Jaguars, Austin Healeys, MG & etc. And the race car we have are of the GT & vintage types and NOT hondas!
