I've done them a few times. Best way is drop down the arm obviously and whatever else is in your way, take a big hammer and beat the bushing out and watch for it to come back at you. I would tie it off so it doesn't fling back. Make sure you mark the position as well and then just lightly tap the new ta busing in to place. Real easy.

i have a press but dont feel like taking the entire trailing arms off so abacus wouldnt be needed
using the extractor is much easier. ive seen em for like 115 on amazon just cant be spending money right now :C
