Resoak the nuts with PB Blaster several times and let them sit overnight. Do you have a floor jack? I take off the section of pipe and use it as an extension when I need a lot of leverage.
When all else fails, use a nut splitter:

The handle on my breaker bar is too big for anything I have to fit over, it's a nice craftsman one, usually overkill for whatever I use it on.
It'd have to be a big splitter to fit on a 32mm nut, and I'm not to that point of desperation.
If I'm forced to spend a bunch of money, I'll put it towards a new impact before anything else, but I'm not doing that.

How long is the breaker bar from craftsman? my axle nuts were siezed up on my vw and I had to go to Homedepot and buy a 4 ft galvanized steel pipe for $10 and used that over the 17mm allenkey to break mine loose.
I have an impact, but it's an electric one, not and air gun and I'm not sure if it is stronger then your current gun.

My breaker bar is 16" end to end
The irony is, I'm the only person to work on this car in the last 3 years, my impact put the nuts on...
If I can't borrow an impact, I'll have to try a piece of pipe tomorrow, or I'll just take the axles apart, pull the motor, and worry about the nuts later I guess.
