Talked to Thermal. Hopefully he can get it done for me before he takes off.

Do you all know if he can do aluminum piping? Or is aluminized steel all that he does? I've asked him but I am waiting on a response.

Mild steel. It holds more pressure and is easier to work with.

trust me, more than half the people on this board won't come close to the limit of proper wall thickness aluminum piping and steel is just so much heavier.

PM me.. I might be willing to do it. I don't weld nasty ugly beads and I am anti JB Weld for anything. My car is below even though it was easy and striaght forward being a W/A setup (3" 6061 Polished Aluminum setup). If you want a SS piping setup, I can do it, but it's not cheap.

Before I call, I just want to let you know, it's not always cheaper to go a custom route. I know there are a million IC setups out there that are production pieces that cost a lot less than what I could even imagine doing one for. I offered to replicate the setup for my car on the DSMLink forums for $1200 for everything (IC, Heat exchanger, pump, lines, piping, couplers, t-bolt clamp)... so just imagine all of the air to air setups you could get for $1200.
I'll call you this weekend and these next couple of days are full of work and activities afterwards.

It is for a Hyundai Scoupe GT. There is not any aftermarket IC piping out there. Heads up, I just need the basic turbo to ic to intake pipes. Thanks in advance!

Need more recommendations. I may have to do this myself. I can get my own aluminum piping and I have a guy that's a great welder. I'd just like to find someone that can do aluminum piping at a decent price that has done IC piping before.
