umm article 41 section2 (c) progression for employees entering F/T package or feeder postion AFTER aug1,2002.....start 14.70, seniority 15.75
(12) months 16.80
(24) months 18.90
(30) Months (current top rate)
Being there for 13 years, i can tell you now, theres NEVER been a pay raise of 10 dollars
maybe your Union book reads differently than mine ;0)
or someone blew some smoke up your arse

our delivery driver for UPS makes bank. He take vacations like they are going out of style, but then hes been with UPS for close to 40 yrs now.

the sorters make more than the loaders and unloaders since they have to read all of the zipcodes specially when you sort for the tracker trailer shit and the ups drivers start out at about 24.50 an hour to start but its long hours but you get to be in the pimp ass uniform lol
