came home to find a car parked on the side of the street halfway infront of the driveway...who to call to have car towed? would strap to the back of the truck and drag it infront of a firehydrant, but then i'd be responsible for damages to the car, so who to call?

 

Try Chesapeake PD's non emergency number. I don't know if off the top of my head...just don't expect it to be a priority call.
