Someone rep commented and said this seemed sketchy, I assure you this is not. These are federally owned properties, everything is done through HUD. I'm on my last few months without a license, and until I get it back, I need a helper that can drive. If you do good then you can stay on, but my buddy who had said he wanted to start working decided he wanted to go out and get drunk last night and never called or showed, so I'm in a bind. We have very strict schedules to complete the work orders and that's all it comes down to.

It's an all day thing because at this point we wouldn't be on site for another hour if we left right this second. If you come to work hard and fast, then you'll get more than that. If you want to be a slackass for a day for quick pay, don't expect big bucks or more work.

I mean, it's not big bucks, but it doesn't sound like rocket science or back breaking work either.

So someone that needs to make money should take you up on it.

Also, sounds like a good gig to have going (as the HNIC). I wish I knew how to get into these things.

Oh it's good money if you're a good worker, I personally wouldn't want to kill a good chunk of a day for just that, but I'm the bust ass, get it done type myself, especially since the pay is by the job, so I earn good pay. If you come to do the same thing, you will get good pay too. This just isn't a house that needs a bunch of hard labor like some I've done before so it'll be hard for me to set you to work on big tasks. If you need work and you have a license, PM me and we will work it out.
