well, first, cut springs are shit and if you in VB, the regular roads are not that great. And by cutting factory springs, it will most likely make the ride worse. BUT! i have ridden in some cars with cut springs and it wasnt that bad. But i would just say buy some full coilovers. You dont wanna go all cheap on your car

Go to advance or pep boys and buy the tuner style lugs.

Here is a picture of the ones you should buy, even tho just about any slim wall lug nut will work, they have them at advance trust me I have bought them from there multiple times:
