ahhh they choose for you. i see with the letter for interview date they gave me bunch of listing for different shops. i thought you choose haha. its been hard to find out information about this program til i found this awesome site.. shit once i get more loot i might get back into some ol german cars... i would say Vdubs like the past, but ill prolly go ol school audi.

Well, you pick what you want to be in the most, but end the end they hire you for what they need you for and what they think you'll be good at.

Some people get hired for what they want, some dont. I had no idea what my title was when I heard I got hired as it, but I'm glad I'm where I'm at.

It would break down to 19.88 / hr. My yearly salary is $41,350. That is 2080 hours worked a year. You can get merit raises too, which bumps 2 months off our time between raises. Basically, you keep your academic grades up and your shop grades up, come to work on time and you get your 12 month raises every 10 months.
I'm not sure exactly how the hourly trades work as far as merit raises and time between raises, but I know we all make about the same.

the only reason i left NN was that my boss at the time guaranteed me no promotion 2 years in a row and AMSEC got bought out so i made the lateral transfer to be closer to home. i work in Norfolk.
