I was in e23 last summer. I found it extremely boring.

If it was so horrible, I'd still be trying to get in. The schooling and all the benefits and days off would be worth it to me.

I keep applying but I keep getting overlooked.

I've worked at Northrop Grumman now for 25 yrs and they have been very good to me. Originally started as an outside machinist then after a few years went to the Apprentice School for welding. Now I reside in X-89 Planning in Bldg 901 and fricking have the best boss ever. If your not a lazy fuck and want to do something with your life and see a lot of cool stuff I highly recommend getting employed there. We need more good people to make the future of the place better. And needless to say that place has funded my car passion quite well.

IIRC, they have killed the design trainee program and have become stingy with the co-op program as well as changed the criteria to enter the apprenticeship. I came in as a co-op and love it.

How so stingy with the co-op program? Trust me some of the people they allow in the co-op program are not going to be able to even graduate with a CADD degree.

Seems to me they will allow a lot of people in for the purpose if they fail, they must pay back the money owed from school.
