I keep seeing a Blue civic, hatchback. Has pink rims and on the car says "Lady **^^" idk the last word. Spoked at Tncc parking lot.

I saw a white DC lowered on red wheels yesterday pulling into an apartment complex in Norfolk. I don't want to name the road or area due to the fact that the person may live there.

Saw a white dsm going right onto witchduck from vb blvd trying to spin tires and not go any where every chance he got.
Black MKV golf kept pulling up beside me on VB blvd and blow off every chance he got and glare hard as hell at me.
Passed a Hawkeye WRX on Effingham with exhaust greenish grey color
Saw Shawn D booking ass onto Harbourview Blvd off 17
Also passed who I think kwas Justin (Do Work) in his white Eco X on 264 if he had it out today.
