Some black mid to late 90's civic stock as hell looking (seem to be a punk high school kid) driving like a jack wagon on victory. Had his friend in the car probably jacking him off while he one tire fired down the road in 5 o clock bumper to bumper traffic.

yellow older ITR ( didnt have the standard front bumper) lowered, HIDs, about 11pm in my neighborhood, off london bridge and gen booth, seen the car plenty of times
