06+ Mustang GT plates 3499 UP, shit looked retarded. Wheels/Tires stuck out atleast four inches past the rear fender and the fronts poked out atleast 2inches. Car was black in color, wheels were like solid with a bunch of small holes in them.

I saw a car on the interstate today that's license plate read "GRN & SEXY". The lady driving was neither green nor sexy.
