In the midtown tunnel about 2:50, a bright yellow Scion XB with a red lip kit, LED's and lights all over, at least 17in wheels... A few cars behind was a matte green 92-95 civic coupe...

spotted a gold dodge stealth on 64W around 5:30, driving like a dumbass, and also saw an older vetter get t-boned on 264 heading towards norfolk, shit was crazy

Spotted a black Hyundai i think it was lowered on yellow wheels today on independence, then a flat black mk3 golf slammed on its nuts weaving in and out of traffic on military near independence

Stock silver E46 M3 driving like a dumbass on 264. Was in 4th gear (estimate) as he was hitting the brakes because he was doing like 80 coming up on traffic. I feel bad for Racewerks, this guy was representing their shop real well on his windshield.

forgot to add, also spotted a slammed white or cream civic with a rusted hood that had illest designed into the rust, on chesapeake blvd a few days ago, actually didnt look too bad
