Keep seeing a blue eg hatch, lowered, open exhaust. Younger white kid driving. Saw it on London bridge early Wednesday heading to the beach, and then saw it at a stop sign on Taylor farm rd later the same day. I've never seen a car or truck (not even diesels) smoke so bad. Literally just freight trains smoke. Fix your car
