Just type in your city and when it brings up the map just click the traffic button on the top left.
It's refreshed every minute and has worked well since I started using it.

what do you want to see? If there's traffic or if there's surf? If it's after 3:00 or it's a weekend, there will be traffic. surfline.com has a camera of the beach.
