Repair or buy new ? (rims)
I got quoted around $250-$400 to repair these but thats what it would cost to just buy new rims 
Any ideas or does anyone know of some business in the Norfolk/VA Beach/Chesapeake area that would take the scratches out cheaper ? There is no bending or cracks on the rims and all 4 rims need some love.
BTW - I did not do this to my own rims - thats the way they came on the car.

how much does that normally run on 17s and do I still have to smooth the scratches out first or will the powder coating magically conceal the blemishes ?
