Room-mate wanted in Yorktown

$300 a month
Looking for a professional and courteous room-mate to take a third room in our apartment. Pets up to 25lbs OK ($300 pet deposit though which can be paid over six months). Must be able to pass a credit check. Currently two mid-twenties males living there, both hold professional jobs. Apartment is spacious and furnished. You will be taking the third bedroom. Amenities include dishwasher, community pool, gas stove and oven, community washers/dryers, tennis court, playground, and basketball court. Very nice community with great neighbors. Utilities are split evenly and total between $45-$55 a month per person. Floor layout and pictures can be seen here;
