Roommate wanted: 757 area.
im looking for a roommate.... dont currently have an apartment picked out... however i do have some promising candidates....
- roommate must be responsible with a good dependable job.
- must not be a loud, party all the time person
- you must be clean (not ocd clean, but tidy)
- i dont care if youre a car guy or not
- its for you only. not you +1. so guys looking to get a place w/ their gf living with them to... need not apply.
about me:
- works at geico and i make good money.
- 21 yrs old.
- im not loud at all
- im a tidy person
price: looking for around $500 + split utilities (about $50-$75 extra)
apartment choices are 2 bed 2 bath around 1000-1200 sq ft.
- i have almost all necessary furniture/ kitchen appliances/ etc...
- i also have a storage unit so if theres extra, we have room
if interested please pm me details on yourself etc...
again im looking to make this move asap.

Dude, interview the hell out of your candidates and ask for references. Before i decided to get on my own i went through so many roommates i don't remember all their names. Its a real PITA, nobody is what they seem on the first "date". I will never get a roommate again unless its someone i know personally. Last asshole broke in to my room , stole my ps3, check book and wrote down my credit card numbers. I am happy to say that cops did get him but its not something i want to go through again. I hated having to lock my rooms door every time i left...not like it helped anyway...you should feel perfectly safe at home with whoever you're sharing it with.
Ideal roommate is a WOWC Geek, but they tend to stay with their parents till late 30s so there goes that option
