We have outgrown our current space and are moving. In order to get out of our lease early we need to find someone to replace us at our current location. If you want to start your own automotive business or if you just want a place for you and your buddies to work on your cars, this may be the place for you. Rent is $650 a month, enough room that you could squeeze 4 cars in on wheel dollies or work on 2 with plenty of space all around.

FYI: there is an office and a loft storage area, but there is no lift installed. If you need a lift you may be able to find one used or you can get one new for about $2500

theres no way you can fit 4 cars in there unless they are mini's or something... 3 yes, 4 i doubt it..

4 small cars on wheel dollies you definately could, but like I said, there is enough room to work on 2 cars with plenty of space around. Have you been in our shop?

We're moving out to Portsmouth, we will be in the "fatboys custom car warehouse" building doing all their suspension work.
