So why do you people in VB put up with this crap? Write your reps, tell them you'll vote for a challenger, no matter who it is, until they do something about this. If I lived in VB I'd be VERY angry about this. Even DC is less abusive to the people.

Bottom line is VB is tourist minded, not resident minded.

Sucks, but it's not going to change any time soon.

 

Have any of you ever written your reps with your concerns? Gone to a town meeting? If not, you can't complain.

 

I was stating fact, not complaining, but thanks for the lesson on how things work within our government.

 

Maybe you missed this part, without the tourist income for the city it will be in the shitter within a few years. So, no writting your rep's will not change a thing that will effect the cities income.

All you people complaining. Grab a sled, trashcan lid, etc. (old bodyboard works best) Go past Capt George's and ski world on laskin heading towards great neck. Park at the apartments on the right after Capt Georges. The hill on the left is rad. Best to run across the road, jump the guard rail and land going down the hill, you haul ass. Cops don't like that one though.

The little little slope right near salem road and ferrel parkway. So many people go to that. Channel 10 news was actually there recording shit... they parked the news van in the right lane of salem road I should of hit them.
