You can also get in trouble with your money once in the military too I think.
And also it's not just the military that can discharge you for with holding information, it's in pretty much any application for a job.

army does credit checks too, they did one on me today. idk if they consider it or not for enlisting, all i know is they made me sign for them to check

dont worry about it. all they are looking for are misdemeanors and felonies. everything else is no big deal. ur good
when i joined i didnt disclose any of the tickets i got (my recruiter said dont worry about it) and i got a top secret security clearance.

I am a recruiter. We have this alot more than you think. If it comes back as a pos match on the FBI then he will ask for you to do a hand written statement, say you forgot about it. And get the court docs. It isnt a huge deal. We have alot of people "forget" about possession charges until the FBI invest comes back, and we dont kick em out. You will be ok.

don't tell them, let them discharge you from the guard, and then walk across to the Marine recruiting office and enlist, or you can be a pussy and go air national guard.....
