virginia beach or anywhere near it is the last place you can expect to see a track,or a "chill" spot at. The city is not going to allow a place for us to hang out, pump music, and chill. Am i the only one that has read about the plans of this city? there is specific plans for almost all of the surrounding 757 area, including pungo and the almost non existent "green line". Trust me, i would love to have something like that to go to, but there are numerous reasons why this wont happen, which im sure sung had come across. The city is not going to help us find a place to race, ya know? let alone let us go somewhere to potentially get hurt. There has been several people over the years with financial backing and connections, and as you can see, it has led to nothing. It is practically a lost cause,,,,,but i will support anyone trying, i just wont get my hopes up,lol

This would be nice. However, I don't see it. First off, and very important..How do you figure that if you charge people and put a "liability" statement on a ticket that it will relieve you of the need for insurance? If this were the case NONE of the drag strips would need it! I am all for something like this but there needs to be much more research in the areas of finance and legalities before anyone even attempts the first step.
