Ive seen it, its grey with the rear interior missing... for the "big ones"... they heard mexicans use them as run cars for drugs so they are trying to "blend" in

just to let everyone know, the deputies of chesapeake are allowed to have lights/sirens on one of their personal cars. deputies can pull you over if they want, but usually, they don't unless you are doing something really stupid/dangerous. The reason I know this is b/c i worked with them when they enforce security on fri/sat nights. for example, one guy has a 90 escort GT, w/ lights and sirens. it can be anything really.
