state inspections
does anyone here have the hook up on va state inspections. obviously,
dont post them here, in fact dont even post here to check my pm. just send them if you know somewhere to go, or if you can come across one. not looking to get flamed, not looking to get any places in trouble, just looking to get my car back on the road without having to put it back to stock.

what all is done to your car? ill let you kno if it'll pass or not. i have the newest state inspection manual right here by my side. and i have the old one.
