having turbo shouldnt cause oyu any problems. i have things such as straight pipe, bad wheel bearing, no speedo and no horn.

seriously inspection isnt to get you in trouble its to keep people safe. so fix it and get the real deal. thats how i see it. like if you fail cause of your rim. i dont wanna be driving and hav you have a blow out in front of me causing me to wreck and kill someone. right after you hit me. then i gotta feel bad cause you coughed up 50 bucks to get the get out of a ticket free sticker. drive till you gret a tcicket by then everything should be fixed. and if not then you dont need to drive the car. i can undestand if you got some illegal lighting or some stupid shit like that. but actuall safety hazards are no joke dude foreal

so tell me what is so hazardous about things like straight pipe or a gutted cat, or aftermarket HID's or the like? (and I am not talking about hack job HID's I am talking about properly installed ones)

a catalytic convertor converts harmful compounds into harmless ones...its there basically to convert carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide...

and btw if the inspector doesnt kno the cats gutted he wont fail you. if theres an exhaust leak youll fail but if your exhaust system works properly hell send you on your way.
