Default STRANGE BRIGHT COLOR LIGHTS IN DOWNTOWN NORFOLK
PLEASE TELL ME THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO SAW THESE BRIGHT COLOR FLASHES IN DOWNTOWN NORFOLK IT WAS AROUND 3 AM I WAS JUST GETTING OFF WORK AND WHEN I GOT ON THE INTERSTATE HEADING BACK TOWARDS THE BEACH TO MY LEFT THERE WHERE THESE BRIGHT FLASHES OF COLORED LIGHTS SOME VDOT WORKERS WHERE STARING IN THE SAME DIRECTION

PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME SOMEONE ELSE SAW THIS

I see bright color lights in downtown norfolk all the time. They use them to illuminate areas.
