we are never gonna have a good spot to chill if there are people playing loud music, burning out, beeping horns, or fighting...

i have a pretty good spot but i just don't know how people will act...

a cop showed up but he was kool and said we could chill...its a chill spot not a show off spot..

The thing is, there's gotta be some people steppin up to pretty much police the lot. That's how we're gonna be able to keep a spot. We need like fuckin...."enforcers". We could get JUSTA EX. He's 6'8" 250-270.
