back in 1998 I had a bunch of items powder coated at Van Winn in chesapeak. good stuff. I think their minimum order is $100 I ended up doing my K-frame, spindles, Cross member, strut bar, some misc noncar items for $150
back in 2000 I had them do 2 trailer hitches, a tacoma's rear bumper and a strut bar for $150
But from what I've been told by them the price will be higher on items that require more taping/avoidance of sand blasting

as far as van winn goes... i work for a government contractor and our company handles all thier contracts, and plus i just scored a $75k contract for some door hatches two weeks ago for them so they owe me some work
got some wheels powder coated for free!
if you go to van winn talk to mike... they are off of trade street, but there facility is out in suffolk...
