Default Thoughts on this setup...G35 Turbo

Now there are finally a few kits available for the VQ engine. There are a few issues that are keeping me away fromn the Greddy twin turbo setup. I've heard nothing but good things with the APS systems. I know alot of guys here eat/breathe turbos so just asking for feedback (cept' Bobby....lol). Decent components?????

Turbonetics Single Turbo Kit

Utilizing our proprietary ceramic ball bearing turbocharger, this system outperforms all twin turbocharger kits currently on the market. The unique engineering design of this system retains factory exhaust manifolds, therefore reducing overall installation time significantly. Installation of the kit can be done easily with basic hand tools by a qualified auto mechanic.

Turbo: Turbonetics 60-1 Ball Bearing turbo

Intercooler: Spearco large W.A.V.E. Technology core with cast end tanks

Fuel Management: Turbonetics tuned upgraded ECU with larger injectors

Air Filter: Turbonetics AF-1

Wastegate: Turbonetics Evolution

Blow Off Valve: Turbonetics Raptor with polisheddischarge horn

Intercooler Piping: Black chrome mandrel bent aluminum

Exhaust pipes: Polished mandrel bent stainless steel with v-band connection between the all the pipes

Downpipe: 3.0" polished mandrel bent stainless steel

Estimated Install Time: 8-10 hours

I'm not a big turbo guru, but it SOUNDS/LOOKS really nice. How well do stock internals hold up?

375-390hp at the wheels with a good tune. That's about the most sane people will go without new internals in the 3.5 Nissan motor. An additional 120hp at the wheels over what I run now.

yea, it's all in what you want, with the twin setup you would expect power through the whole band, as opposed to that which probably wont see full boost until 4500 rpms, but it would be a fast car once you're already moving. it boils down to what you want to get out of the car. looks like a well assembled setup though

>90% boost @ 2500rpm...........they claim. So many variables, I like to review/research my ass off before I upgrade.
