Turbo it and run 30lbs of boost on stock internals.

mak sure u put flamezzz on it. Xtra 30 hp.

OP.
choose another platform and keep the cav as your dd.

If you insist on attempting to make it not suck so much, boost or nitrous is your only real option. Bolt on's don't really do anything other than make your car sound like a weezing homeless person with a megaphone.
