Default Tuning recommendations

I have a 11.0:1 jrsc gsr. Its running 9 lbs and had it tuned today and it made 187 horses. I have done lots of research on these setups and had friends with similar setups so i know this hp number is off by 60-80 hp so im going to go with a different tuner. Im running s300 and need to know some good tuners that can get the power i should make oput of my car for a good price. Before anyone asks i will not say who tuned my car because the person is a family friend and he does excellent work with everything he does he just tunes way to safe.

I think your tuner stole your supercharger.

Well, the only two I'd ever let tune my cars are

Shad @ Accuracy Automotive. Dynotunes AEM/Hondata.
Shawn @ Ramey Built. Street tunes. AEM/Hondata/Crome.

Your numbers are low but then again, it's not numbers you need to worry about.
Race a M3 or a C5z06 and report back. If you get walked, your shit really made that power.

Take it to a different tuner, get a baseline dyno run, and find out if the numbers are in the same ballpark as the other dyno. If they aren't, it's some type of measurement problem. If they are, get tuned more aggressively. If it doesn't respond well to tuning, it's most likely a mechanical or sensor problem.
