Yes, anyone can enter.
It's $16 to race all night long. If you're faster then 13.99, you're going to need a Snell 2000 certified helmet, pants and a shirt with sleeves. If your car is faster then 13.49 and a convertible, you'll need a roll bar.
It's a lot of fun, I was just there. VMP is the nicest track around.

I've gotten as many as 15 runs in before. I would definitely say you'll get more than 5-6 runs if you want. Gates open at 5, off to tech inspection, then racing starts at 6. Bracket racing starts around 7:30 or 8 and they have a couple classes.
