that was my brother that posted the flag,i stated what i wanted,hands holding a stone heart with a ribbon saying family love

 

actually tattooing someone under 18 isnt completly illegal, it depends on the county, im in king george now and you can be 17 here but stafford wont do it now, but spotsy can....but ive tattooed someone 16 but thats becasue she already had one and it was all screwed up and her parents begged me to cover it up. but as far as just a random tattoo on a minor isnt needed

well i went to blue horse shoe because i was told 17 with parental consient i could get one,but they said not there atleast.Which is why i turned to a side job.Unless someone knows a show that will give a minor one with parentl consient?
