You will be found guilty in absentia. After you pay the fines it won't matter unless you ever need bail and then it will most likely increase the amount of your bail or cause bail to be denied based upon what you are charged with.

At any rate, it's more call up at 7:30 and hope they let you pay the ticket. Otherwise, go to court.
