Thank you crs for all the help still waiting on your pm, but, it seems like everytime you arent there, everything just goes all to hell, when you are there running things everything goes smooth. I just think its time you get new people to stuff over there, cause I know this isnt the first time something like this has happened. I still give props to Auto Solution but, I don't think Imma come back as a customer til somethings change.

i had problems how hard is it to order indiglow gauges. payed waited 2 months and was told that it was ghonna be here never did get it. ended up having to drive over there and confront managment and get my money back

Here is the truth. We had to move all of our stuff out of there 1.True We had to move everything from our second Garage and First Garage and put everything into storage 2.True We are in the process of reconstructing the first Garage back into our shop or moving to another location. 3.True we were forced to make a decision because of the increase in RENT. 4.True We did order your parts 1 CF HOOD and Rims I didn't chk. the specifics on what rims but I did confirm it with ERIC. 5.True We fired all our employees other than myself and Eric because the were embezelling monies from the company. 6. True We are in the process of Re-opening the shop with just me and ERIC running it on a by APPT. SCHEDULE. Be assured..I've already contacted Bruce, the owner of the MR2, SILVIA, and the other cars there. If product does not arrive by the end of the month we will be more than happy to give you a FULL REFUND and I will personally apologize to you.
False. We are not going out of business and we are not skipping town. It's just hard to pack-up a whole business and move. The last time we did this when we moved from CENTRAL to LONDON BRIDGE we were closed for 1 month. Everything was so sudden and we were hit with a $3000.00 increase something that wasn't expected. We thought we could handle it..but because of the lack of employees it's becoming a longer than expected process. John is no longer part of AUTOSOLUTION and I knew from the start not to trust that M************R but it was 2 against 1. Please feel free to ask me any other questions. Again I sincerly appologize for any inconvience and I promise you some sort of comprimise in the near future.
