Have you filed with VDOT yet? If you show them the damage to your car and what pothole caused it, there is a possibility of them paying for the damage/buying you new parts. It has been done before.

I was told this doesn't cover aftermarket stuff, might be well worth it to checlk it out on my own though.

Thanks to everyone for the tips, got them coming my way, Discount tire, man I might want to go down in size a bit, 19" are really hard yo find/fund in the US...
