Is that so? Even though its an overhead single cam V8? The lobes are pretty accessible.
If it can't be done in the car, who can do it with the came out of the engine?

Intake, exhaust, stage 2 tune, and trans sw. I expect I gained maybe 20-25 HP. If you want to buy dinan stuff, search ebay. the retail price for gains is just dumb tbh.

But no dyno charts or 1/4 mile times, eh? The stock intake looks pretty good, so I have my doubts that the Dinan is gaining anything there. I wonder about the tune though. I know on his the gas gap says 89AKI (though the owner's manual says 91), but with ready access to 93 octane there's got to be some more power to be found there.

A bad dyno last year before I really did the exhaust and some much needed maint I got 256HP/293TQ. Keep in mine mines an auto also I expect it's higher now. A guy on bf.c has the stage5 dinan kit, intake, maf, tb, manifold, exhaust, etc and IIRC has something like 330HP.
The stock intake is amazing and I wouldn't change it unless you get a good deal on a dinan one. Also dinan tends to be conservative with tuning due to them being buddy buddy with BMW NA and have to honor warranty issues on the cars that pop up.
