Im halfway through taking the tint off my back window. The way i did it is to slowly scrapt it with a razor then windex to get the glue off, worked out pretty good. The only thing is ive scraped on it for about five hours total and am only halfway done. Im probably just going to do the ammonia thing for the rest.
