Wmbg people wanna help with NX install?
Bought a used NX kit from crxtacy on here (good guy), getting it tomorrow. Anyone feel like doing an install sunday? I've got a pretty good idea of how to do it, but i didn't know if there were any other losers out there like me who just like to work on cars for the hell of it. Anyways, I'll probably do it sunday if anyone is gonna be bored and wants to lend a hand @ my house

Thats a good kit (I used to own it) he probably didnt give you the instructions. Go to the NX website and print the jetting charts and installation instructions. That kit puts the hp to the wheels. So if you put the 35 in, it is 35 to the wheels. About equal to a 50 dry shot. Just remember that in case you dont print the instructions.

lol... i got some install instructions and a price list of any parts i might need, etc at the SEMA show in AC because i knew there was a good chance whatever used kit I would be buying wouldn't have instructions anymore. I live over across from Jamestown 1607 by the ferry kinda

lol that's cool, jamestown 1607 is right across the road. I live in landfall.
I was a dumbass and didn't realize sunday was father's day. Soo I'm just going to do this w/ my pops and my grandpa. I might even do it tomorrow night.
02_Merc if you want to come over that's cool, i'm only like a 1/2 mile from you if that. I'll PM you my cell phone number, you can give me a call tomorrow because it looks like I might be doing it tomorrow night instead

Re: Wmbg people wanna help with NX install?
here's the end result... i'm only running a 35 shot right now, bigger jets are on order for a 50 shot and that's probably what I'll stick with. I like how it all turned out, except I need to pick up some black zip ties to replaces those ugly white ones lol
i ditched the red toggle that came with the kit in favor of a less obnoxious black rocker switch w/ a red LED to use as the arming switch, then the black push button is for the purge and the red one is the activation switch. You can't see the buttons from above (or even from the driver's seat), i didn't want to have a bunch of buttons out in the open
