Hi all was wondering if any of you have delt with officer C.N. Szymanski, I recieved a wreckless ticket from him at the ocean front for crossing a double solid yellow. He was very nice and seem cool however I was curious if he has let anyone off the hook in court? I dont feel my offense was very wreck less I swung out about 50 feet early to make a left turn due to traffic.
I just cant afford a wreck less.

My first and only reckless was when I was 18 coming from the oceanfront in one of my old POS imports. Virginia Beach doesn't play with reckless offenses. I did not get off in any way.
The lessons I learned were:
1. Don't be a fucking idiot.

5. Obey the law.
Go in expecting to get the law shoved up your ass in VA Beach courts.
