true, but most people with heavily modified cars (i'm talking about under the hood, not stupid looking kits and decals) know thier shit. very few people drop thier car off at a race shop, hand them 20 G's and say. "do whatever you do to make it fast." although im sure it happens.

Oh mos def. I'm talking about those guys that just go out and by an evo or something just cause they know it's fast and they've got the money.
