Re: 200k - Top That!
lol, theres a big differnece b/w 18 year old Hondas reacing 200k and 18 year old $50,000 BMWs reaching 200k. I think its damn impressive for a car with so many gizmos to still be in working order after 18 years and 200,000 miles.

mike s. ae86 had over 300K on the 4age when the speedo quit like 5 years ago. only thing done was bearings replaced a while back. drifting the shit out of it, bouncing off rev limiter, and he just turbod it. that wouldnt be the norm.
nice miles on the bmw, though. taht is a cool car.

in this:
'95 Nissan Maxima SE with original motor and tranny. The motor is now reving about an extra 1k rpms past stock redline and she still runs strong. Once I get around to getting her back to the track she should run high 13's n/a and thats gonna be before the e-manage ultimate.

Re: 200k - Top That!
My '89 Pontiac Bonneville did 265k miles before finally giving up the ghost to the point where it wasn't worth fixing it.
My dad had a '89 Dodge Caravan that we put about 300k onto, also had a '90 V6 spirit that got about 220k on it.
