After reading his post over again, I've come to the conclusion that OP clearly stated E46 M3 /sarcasm. You sir are a fucking idiot, op posted five sentences, none of which stated his intentions were to purchase an e46 m3 for 10k. @NiceNlow, I personally would choose the BMW based on feedback I have gotten from friends that have owned them. I have yet to here anything bad about there build quality, comfort, or reliability. As far as the Audi goes, I have nothing to add about them 
ive been really pleased with it so far

good to hear you found what you were looking for and are happy. i'm facing a similar situation, between an s4 and a 335i, and i'm veering towards bmw too.
however, i can't seem to find THE car i'm looking for in the immediate vicinity. there's one in lexington, kentucky and another in memphis, tennessee though...

yeah ill get pics up asap its titanium silver so far i got windows tinted, rear roof wing, and goin to get a magnaflow dual tip muffler put on today
