gotta find new insurance for the Landcruiser...i have Nationwide and it's $829 every 6 months...may go back with Liberty Mutual...was $100 cheaper for the same full coverage

They did some research and apparently Geico does their rates on a scale based on your education and current job first, then they take other things into account after that. So apparently if you didn't graduate and still work at McDonald's your gonna get raped!

Insurance premiums are based on an algorithim that is different for each company. They put emphasis on different things... this is why different people w/ different characteristics can have drastically different rates from one company to the other.

Metlife was getting to crazy with thier rates.. my insurance was going up for no reason every 6 months.. soo i called around and i just switched to Gieco.
well a month after having them, they sent me a letter stating something about the car being customized and they will NOT insure it at any cost for me. soo i called and gave them some hell.. and well it did no good..they said too much street racing going on now days.. and something about how i had a few improper equipment tickets and because of that they linked me with street racing. I have NEVER had a moving violation (well literally 10 years ago doesnt count)
they really screwed things up for me.. right before track season.. i was really lookin forward to runnin it this season.. ill build another this year.. and maybe be back next year.
I had to sell my car because of this.
