I had a 2003 RSX-S back in the day. Check how the gears shift. Typical grind on 1-2 shift and hard to put in 3rd, pops out of 3rd while driving. Problems are intermittent. Take it up to redline in each gear, quickly shift up, make sure it'll go in easily. The syncros on the early DC5's were trouble spot. Honda replaced the design around 2005, but the Acura dealers were not very willing to warranty the repair.

They have a tendency to have fart bombs installed on them....oh and intake's for super duper effectiveness......I also heard some trick using a light bulb, 3 cheese puffs, a nail clipper and a box of frosted flakes.....but its a secret.....shhhh...otherwise, I would have to say its a great DD...
