Get it tuned and do what the tuner tells you. It's pretty simple.

Until then, I agree with everyone else at 40psi.

I agree, i run 42 on mine with stock everything. Has been fine for more than 2 years and i beat the dickballs out of it

What manifold? What exhaust a/r and wheel size? What size intercooler? What size hot/cold piping? Downpipe size?

Horsepower goal? Gas using?

Tuner?

Seriously. Your motor being able to hold the abuse isn't what you should be concerned with. Efficiency of your turbo kit is.
