Yes but it's not that important on such a low hp motor.
Don't go more than 15. Your turbo kit is probably out of it's efficency range a little after that.
You had a WAY bigger turbo thatn this dude and Justin had a better manifold and way bigger piping/downpipe. Plus, ya'll had way better of a tuner IMO.
Tim made 260 on 9psi on a stock b16 turbo with a 60ar T3T4 on a drag manifold.
skunk2 manifold ported out to 70mm, hp goal is i dont care really, gas is 93 oct. wheel size is .62 and then .57 on the axhaust a/r or maybe vise versa hot/cold piping is 2.5 in downpipe is 2.5in 3.50 x 7.90" x 12.88" is the intercooler
tuned at mrd at 10psi with out the skunk2 mana and 70mm tb, at 255hp, 195tq

and if you dont have a blockgaurd or sleeves, guess what........
16 is all your getting with any real tuner. trust me i make frequent trips to the dyno with many of the cars on and off this site.
why were the numbers so low before....... a piston, rod motor with bolt ons on 10 psi made 255...... wtf. thats hella low.
mine on 16 made over 400.
along with another friend of mine.
