Yeah, this whole thread is about a physically MUCH smaller Porsche being lighter than a GTR?

porsche 911 turbo s Price:$160,050–$171,150
GTR price: $84,060
looks like a big price difference to me, So take the gtr to ams for the alpha 9 package($20k) 655whp(22psi) and run 9.95 @ 141 mph(93oct).It out-accelerates the $1.5 million, 1000hp Bugatti Veyron all the way to 130+ mph on 93 octane pump gas.
Oh and hit 205mph in the standing mile

Re: I'm going to be honest with you guys....
For 2011, the Nissan GT-R launch control got further improvements, called LC3. LC3 would allow for a 3300 rpm VDC in R mode launch, making the launch covered under warranty.
Double clutch tranny----composite brakes
$170k msrp
Now after reading the article....I saw the specs...
1/4 10.8
0-60 2.9 sec
I realized that a $80k GTR runs with a Y-pipe or not and a tune a
1/4 10.8
0-60 2.5 sec.
So the 911 at a $100k more is still just a joke by comparison?
YES
I know the GTR interior is cheap..no doubt..but it is also functional and fitting for a sportscar of its price.... but one that had 42k miles on it and used by magazines still had almost no wear on the inside...

Re: I'm going to be honest with you guys....
Yeah, it's funny, they don't compare it to the vette that it's like the most, because then it wouldn't win lol I mean it woudln't matter, because they wouldn't drive the zr-1 worth a fuck either anyway.

2010 ZR1's can be had for 100k all day long. Still pretty much the supercar bargain.
